The neurosurgical clinic is a joke, not a place for treatment. After 20 years of various spinal pain treatments, which led to recurring inability to move, the doctor told me the degenerative changes were minimal and could be treated with painkillers. She suggested rehabilitation, but when she stated that rehabilitation hadn't helped me for several years, she suggested blockades, even though she knew about the blockades I'd been taking, which had proven ineffective. In short, I felt like an intruder pretending to be in pain and trying to force treatment. After talking with the patients in the queue, it turned out that several people had received this diagnosis, for example, a man who had been in a car accident. I should also add that obtaining a guaranteed appointment for a voluntary blood donor was a problem, because, as the registration stated, "all our patients are blood donors." Therefore, I would like to inform the receptionist that among the dozen or so people waiting in line, not a single blood donor was present.

The hospital finally has a Pain Management Clinic! Located on the second floor, it's the same location as the Neurosurgery Clinic. It's great that such a place exists in the region. It offers some hope for patients living with chronic pain.

Hello everyone... I had a similar situation today. I called an ambulance to come to my boyfriend's house. I told him my boyfriend was choking because a sunflower seed was stuck in his throat. The ambulance did arrive. There were three men. They didn't examine him; he didn't do anything at all. The ambulance manager wrote down what he wanted. They took him to the ER, and of course, they didn't do anything there either, absolutely nothing. He came home out of breath and exhausted. My question is: Why do people work there where they have no empathy for the patient?!!! Unfortunately, there are no hunting staff there... It's a shame that such people are there...!!! It's simply shocking, shocking 🫣 shame and disgrace. I know I'm not the only one who had this problem. Other people have probably had similar situations to mine... I wouldn't wish anyone to be there, waiting for salvation...

The service at the orthopedic clinic is a complete disaster. People are scheduled for an hour and then wait in line for five hours. Despite being scheduled for an hourly appointment, they have to hold a queue while a military commission is also present. It's a real tragedy.

I was in the neurosurgical ward for four days. The entire staff is very dedicated and empathetic, and the food is delicious. I'd like to express my special thanks to Dr. Rysz for his help and dedication to my medical problems, and to Ms. Agnieszka Maślanka for her great professionalism, care, and smile.
