I'd like to thank all the medical staff and all the hospital employees at the Otolaryngology Department in Żagań for their wonderful care. My son had his third adenoid removed and had ear canals inserted. I was very apprehensive about the hospital visit itself because my son is very sensitive. Despite this, we felt very comfortable. We were given a room with two beds, so as a mom, I didn't have to worry about anything. And after leaving the hospital, my son said it was actually great 😁 Thank you so much on behalf of my son and Nikoś ♥️

My hospital stay in the otolaryngology department was a very positive experience. It was a small hospital, but the staff were professional. Every step of the way, from the emergency room onward, I knew what was coming. I was greeted by pleasant, friendly, and often smiling staff. The same was true on the ward – the receptionist repeatedly emphasized asking if there was anything I didn't understand. The women in the operating room made sure my stomach was relaxed before the procedure, and the doctor did his job so I felt no pain. Because there were no complications, I was able to go home immediately after the procedure. Thank you very much, and best regards!

ENT Department ❤️ From the moment I entered the department, I felt a warm atmosphere. The doctors, nurses, and paramedics are all kindhearted and empathetic towards their patients! The care before and after surgery is top-notch.

I came in for a Pap smear. Six weeks ago, the doctor told me I should just come and pick it up. I went to the registration desk to ask if I needed to register for the Pap smear, and I was told I didn't. Today I went in and suddenly I heard, "I didn't say anything like that," please go and register. People... people deliberately take time off work and such nonsense... During a breast ultrasound, instead of being told everything's fine, I'm not a doctor, and these nurse codes mean nothing to me, I'm told the results are for the doctor to collect... So people don't have to go to the doctor for these stupid results. Not everyone has time to come and sit in waiting rooms!!!

The receptionist was very nice, and despite the complications and long queue, she was very friendly, which speaks volumes about the professional service. I can recommend this hospital.
