  Place in need of some renovation.Big complex so not easy to find a ward. Some wards may function better than others. Doctors knowledgable but lack people's skills

  For me, this hospital was never bad... until it was. I ended up in the maternity ward before giving birth because I had health problems, and what happened there was a nightmare. I don't want to go into detail, but I was mentally exhausted there for a week from the number of strange decisions and the lack of concrete information about my health. There are only two doctors in the ward who know what they're doing; the rest are... not worth talking about. I won't say a bad word about the midwives, because most of them are there by vocation. The women are competent, friendly, and above all, they have a humane approach to pregnant women. Therefore, I can recommend giving birth in the ward (however that sounds) because the doctor's involvement in the birth is minimal. My next stay was in the pediatric ward – a stay with a newborn. There are plenty of nurses on the ward, but most of them are there mainly to drink coffee and chat... when the doctor shows up, there's a huge commotion... Most of the nurses who work there have knowledge from ancient times - the lady who tells me I'm not producing milk and advises me to buy glucose and feed the baby is a joke. Not to mention that the nurses on the CHILDREN'S WARD get annoyed by a baby's crying - because as soon as the baby starts crying, they'll rush in and ask: "Why is the baby crying so much?" 🤦 I guess a half-educated person knows that this is how a newborn expresses its needs... because it can't talk! Overall, it's a huge mess, a tragedy... I don't recommend this hospital.

  I don't recommend the Choszczno clinics or the receptionist. I made an appointment with a psychiatrist to get a health report. During the phone call, the woman informed me that the doctor issues such reports under the National Health Fund (NFZ), so I made the appointment. While at the doctor's office, the doctor informed me that they don't issue reviews. I highly recommend this doctor. He's polite, understanding, and able to explain everything. The receptionist doesn't know what this doctor does, so if you value your time and money, I don't recommend this clinic.

  Doctors offering holiday care are a joke. Unfortunately, I've been let down by them a few times. I came with my 9-month-old daughter, who has a runny nose and cough, but also shortness of breath and can barely breathe. The doctor wanted to send us home with medication for the runny nose and cough. I pressed the oxygen saturation check button and said my child wasn't breathing properly. He finally gave me a referral to pediatrics. After examining the child and checking her breathing, the doctor immediately admitted her – bronchitis. A pediatrician should have been seeing her a long time ago; it's a joke. A normal person would have seen that something was wrong with the child.

  The hospital's homepage states: "Patients are our concern, quality care is our ambition." The phrase "patient care" is a joke at this hospital. In the emergency room, I encountered a vulgar, humiliating comment from the emergency room manager—behavior that has nothing to do with medical ethics or basic courtesy. It was disrespectful, devoid of empathy, and a complete lack of professionalism.
