Two women at the reception desk. A warm welcome, a smile, a referral for an examination, and directions to the office. On-time appointment. Accurate ultrasound. Dr. Katarzyna was kind, thorough, and professional. Pre-registration by phone was easy. 👍

I'm actually giving it a 0, but I don't want to write it off like that. My appointment yesterday, Friday, February 27th, with Dr. Stefanowicz, a psychiatrist and the head of this clinic, ended in a near-fight. I asked why, having an 11 a.m. appointment under the National Health Fund, I had to wait alongside a crowd (about 10 patients at a time) of the same doctor's private patients. All I heard was an agitated, irritated voice saying that he was the only psychiatrist in Sopot and that if he left, what would we do, poor us? 😏. I also want to point out that during my private visit, I didn't receive a receipt, not to mention an invoice, because the receptionist just made a strange face. Shame on you, doctor... is this ethical??? 😔😔😔

The receptionist hung up before I could ask what I wanted. I guess she didn't appreciate my simple question about why she was suggesting an appointment in May at the beginning of February. A grace like in communist Poland.

The doctors are young, helpful, and friendly, but they change like gloves. Since I started at this clinic, I've had about five family doctors. The receptionists are constantly dissatisfied with their lives. At 8 a.m., you have to try 15 times to get through. Once someone answers, it's a lottery; it's either bearable or unpleasant. The best thing I've ever experienced at this clinic was the nurse. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she's the only one who walks in with a smile. When you meet her, your day immediately improves. It's a shame she's the only one there with that attitude. Unfortunately, after a while, you just get fed up, and I've decided I need to leave. I recommend Kardiotel!

The clinic is great! I recently moved to Sopot and didn't even know where to go to see a doctor. I arrived at this place, was registered right away, and within an hour I was seeing a doctor. I've always been apprehensive about how patients are treated in such facilities (apparently, I've had unpleasant experiences before), but this place has changed my perspective on how service should be. Everyone is polite and treats patients well (EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT FROM POLAND). The women at the front desk are wonderful. I had an appointment with Dr. Miłosz Ulanowski – a great specialist. He explained everything clearly. Thank you 🙏🏻
