  Even though some time has passed since my pregnancy, I highly recommend Dr. Anna Gąsiorowska, both for pregnancy preparation and for her ongoing care. Dr. Anna is very professional and reliable, thoroughly conducting examinations and addressing any concerns. Appointments are held in a comfortable and calm atmosphere. As a medical professional myself, I expected the highest level of care, and Dr. Anna Gąsiorowska provides just that.

  Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. My last test was performed on expired media, which resulted in the laboratory rejecting the order. I learned about the situation myself after logging into the website with my test results. No one from the clinic contacted me to inform me! I had to call the clinic myself to explain the situation. During a conversation with the receptionist, I asked for a refund, as the error was clearly the doctor's fault. I also stated that I would not use the doctor's services or the staff there again. I was denied. The receptionist told me, "The tubes I checked today are fine." This argument was pointless, as she checked the expiration date on a different day than the test. Furthermore, the receptionist tried to blame the laboratory and referred me there for a refund! This was also pointless; I had the test performed at the clinic and paid for the service there, not at the laboratory. After much persuasion, the receptionist changed her mind. When I asked about the pick-up date, she immediately hung up – then pretended we'd been interrupted! I found the staff's behavior irresponsible and unprofessional. I felt cheated and, above all, treated disrespectfully. Fortunately, I managed to get my money back. I hope the AB CLINIC management takes further steps to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

  I wholeheartedly recommend him!!! Dr. Pflaum is exceptionally professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. He's a wonderful doctor and person who treats patients with empathy and understanding. His dedication, both in and out of the office, is a huge plus. You can always count on support, even by phone. Visits with Dr. Pflaum are pleasant and unhurried. He explains everything thoroughly and answers every question. Despite minor delays, he doesn't rush the appointment, but rather devotes as much time as needed to the patient.

  I'm sorry to have to write this review, but... I think the first priority at Ab Clinic should be to change their appointment scheduling system and ABSOLUTELY stop scheduling patients by the hour. Every time I've been there, I've waited in line for a very long time—I'm talking about a 2- or 2.5-hour delay. I'll add that it was similar at Femedcice in Nowy Targ, where they used to see patients. The hallways are full of patients waiting in lines, not entirely satisfied, as you can tell from the comments. The fees for appointments are low, and the patient's time is not respected at all. Appointments are scheduled every two weeks—why? Everywhere else, pregnant women, for example, go to the doctor once a month, but business is business. In my case, I had a misdiagnosis that wasn't confirmed by two other specialists (BDB in Krakow), so I didn't need the stress. As for the emergency line to call the doctor, it's also poorly functioning, as they usually call back within two days.

  I had my fallopian tubes cleared at Dr. Pflaum's office. I was very positively surprised by the entire procedure. He provided me with tremendous psychological support, explaining step-by-step what he would be doing during the procedure. I felt cared for; he ensured my mental well-being, constantly asking if everything was okay and if I was in any pain. I believe that the doctor's extensive psychological support minimized any pain during the procedure. The procedure was successful. I highly recommend him, who performs his work with tremendous passion and dedication.
