I don't know if the people at the reception desk have any common sense left when a newborn baby is scheduled for a checkup, and at the same time, another child with some infectious disease, like chickenpox or something similar, enters the office and waiting room without registration, running around the stroller of the healthy one. It's mind-boggling. I don't know if they're just counting every "piece" so they can get the checkup done and the checkout counter can agree, or maybe they're finally starting to think it's irresponsible and they should schedule a different time if there's no isolation room! Furthermore, the women at the reception desk are incredibly rude.

It's a tragedy. The doctor doesn't know how to issue a referral for an ultrasound to the facility they have a contract with, so I lost my appointment! The woman with black hair at the reception desk is rude and unwilling to help. Messages like, "Can he read?!" might have been okay in 1980. Following that line, YOU CAN'T WRITE, THEY WON'T ACCEPT REFERRALS FROM YOU?!

There's a clinic I've been going to since I was a little kid. I haven't had any problems with it. It's true that sometimes it's hard to get through, but that's probably because there are so many people calling. Currently, I recommend Dr. Linde and Dr. Śliwińska. My favorite doctor is Dr. Prokaziuk, but she's currently out of stock. Yesterday, I had a rather unpleasant experience. I went to Dr. Klaudia Zaborowska in the morning. I've had a back problem for years. I felt very bad. The pain has now spread to my stomach and radiates to my ribs and other areas. I haven't been able to go to work due to my poor health and well-being. She doesn't even take stronger painkillers, and she's a physically demanding job. I was shocked when, at the end of the appointment, Dr. Zaborowska told me it was just a consultation and refused to let me off the hook! This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and it was a young doctor. I left in tears. Thank goodness I got an appointment with Dr. Linde the same day, because she's always helpful and kind.

Unfortunately, I have to express my negative feelings about the receptionists at the clinic on Małopolska Street. Sometimes I feel like the ladies at the front desk are there as a punishment – unfriendly and grumpy. Perhaps they should take a quick course in "polite service"? It's also often impossible to reach the clinic – the ladies don't answer the phone – and even though they asked to call before 6:00 PM, no one answered the phone at 5:55 PM. My parents have been members of this clinic for many years. They are elderly and ailing people, and I think they deserve at least a little respect to be properly "taken care of" in terms of their health, as well as to be treated kindly. I work at an institution that also provides support to people in need, and it's unthinkable for any of my colleagues to serve customers this way.

Even though the best gynecologist in 3City works there, the receptionists should definitely change professions, as I've never seen such unpleasant and unhappy women in my life! The tone, demeanor, and manner of responding leave much to be desired. You're the ones providing care to us, the patients, so a little kindness and common courtesy in such a position would be appreciated. In fact, mandatory! Unfortunately, getting through to anyone is practically impossible. Many times when I was there, I didn't hear the phone ring or a conversation. I assume this is standard practice?
