  Registration is a complete mess. Total chaos. The way they talk to patients is a disaster. The patient, an elderly woman, was written off, supposedly not there at all, but it turns out she has a note (lucky for her). Someone supposedly called and wrote her off – horribly, everyone denies it. The delay is over an hour, and the registration desk is letting you in before the people waiting. These aren't one-offs. If you're on chronic medication, you definitely shouldn't be at this clinic. The service is guaranteed to disappoint. You won't receive a photocopy of your appointment; you have to wait at least three days. You can't take a photo of YOUR records – because it's not possible. It's impossible, and no one checks your ID during the appointment. Appointments are paid only in cash, and it's deductible because no one is supposed to issue them. There's no computerized prescription system... It's the 21st century, the age of the National Patient Information System, and you get a paper prescription. If you make an error (which, of course, happens there), you're on your own.

  Wizyta ginekologiczna, byłam wykonać kontrolne usg i może nie wystawiłabym opinii ,ale jestem zadowolona, wręcz przeszczęśliwa ,ponieważ torbiele jajników zmniejszyły się przez dwa miesiące z wielkości 35,9 mm do 16,2 mm ( dzięki zastosowanej diecie i fitoterapii, wykonuje zawód medyczny)

  PRIVATE appointment, 5:45 PM for a pediatric abdominal ultrasound. The doctor went out for lunch, and our children practically fasted for half the day (a requirement for this test). After an hour of waiting, we went home. How can anyone treat a patient this way? Patients, especially children, deserve punctuality and full commitment. This type of situation undermines trust in the medical care and services we pay for.

  Private clinic with doctors of various specialties. All doctors accept private appointments. There is no visit under the NFZ. Long queues for the gastroenterologist Dr. Wlodimiez Pilarczyk. This doctor accepts appointments even until 9:00 PM. A visit to the doctor costs PLN 150. Very good doctor The lady at the reception is always nice, you can reach her by phone.
