  This is my second visit to this collection center, and each time I have the same negative impressions – in fact, it gets worse with each visit. Patients are treated like a problem here, not someone deserving of basic kindness and respect. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the old communist era. The staff looks like they're working as a punishment, and every simple request only causes irritation. For comparison, at another clinic, the same test was performed on the spot, without any complications, in a normal, humane atmosphere. Unfortunately, the standard of service here has stagnated decades ago, so I certainly won't be returning.

  Children are traumatized after receiving vaccinations at these facilities. The vaccinators are inattentive and incompetent with young children. Furthermore, they have much to criticize about parents' adherence to traditional vaccinations.

  The vaccination center is a complete mess. The elderly lady administering the vaccinations seems to be working as a punishment. She has no manners towards children. She's also rude and rude to parents.

  One of the nurses at the escalope collection center always arrives at 7:00 AM. Every time I'm there, the woman arrives frustrated and starts work complaining to her colleague. Of course, you can hear everything through the door. Tests are constantly delayed, and they rarely start at 7:00 AM. And for people rushing to work, those five minutes are crucial. This nurse is also rude and seems perpetually dissatisfied with her job. She creates a tense atmosphere. During the test, I have to listen to women chatter about their dissatisfaction with various work-related factors. It's either their colleague did something wrong, or the doctor wrote something incorrectly on the referral. In my opinion, one of the women is burned out and shouldn't be working with patients. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Unfortunately, my wonderful doctor only sees patients at this clinic.

  You wait on the line for 1.5 hours to make an appointment with a specialist and when you're the first one to answer, they hang up - 👏
