While I have no complaints about the doctor's visit itself (after all, I paid out of pocket), the clinic itself is a disaster. You walk in and... you don't know, right, left, there's a whole mess of medical supplies behind the counter, and where's the registration desk? No signs. There are only numbers at the office doors, no specialties, no doctors' names. The hallways are cramped, and patients trip over chairs. At the end of my visit, the doctor asked me to go to the women at the counter to make a photocopy of two sheets of my medical records and bring them to her office. I paid 2 złoty for this service! It's not about the small things, because they're really small, but the fact that the clinic charges patients for a copy of the document, which they keep on the premises. Seriously? Is there a fee for the restroom too? The lack of civilization in (what they call themselves) a medical center.

Overall, the registration itself was a disaster. After trying to call for over an hour, it was obvious from the very beginning that you were eighth in line. Please wait. After 25 minutes, I was first in line. 40 minutes later, no one kindly answered the phone. I was still first in line. I hung up. I called the second number, and after the second ring, the lady answered. And on the main page, pediatric cardiology clinic, doctor such and such. You call to make an appointment for your child, but we don't accept pediatric cardiologists here. You hear a real tragedy. They don't know what they have, they don't answer the phone. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have a very negative experience. I find it very difficult to plan my life at this clinic. You have a clearly defined time, you arrive, and the wait is an hour. I also have a question about the doctors. The first thing they ask is how much the visit costs. One doctor prescribed antibiotics based solely on my medical history (a dermatologist).

The service is abysmal. Nothing can be arranged; you literally have to ask for anything. The receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and irritated by the mere fact of interacting with a patient. Zero empathy and zero professionalism. I strongly advise against using this service.

Just one word – PARANOIA!!! I'm talking about trying to get an appointment with a family doctor! A GP is available in two weeks! You'd sooner die than see a doctor here! And the most ridiculous thing is that they're still accepting appointments with a family doctor. Tragic! Time to get out of this pseudo-clinic before it's over! I'm speechless!
