I highly recommend it!!! Fantastic atmosphere from the moment you walk in! Emilia, with her constant smile and warmth, transports you to a place where all your worries disappear. Her warmth, kindness, and joy truly make every visit a pure pleasure. Emilia is a true ray of sunshine, who cheers you up and makes everything better! She brings you peace, comfort, and warmth that stays with you long after your visit. Thanks to her, the world simply becomes brighter.

Edit: 13/02/2026 Ladies and gentlemen, this is ridiculous! I've called the hotline three times, sent emails to the manager asking what the problem was, and no one has responded to this yet! Today I'm filing a complaint with the National Health Fund (NFZ)! The MRI test and service itself are fine, but what happens afterward requires urgent monitoring by the National Health Fund (NFZ)! A month has passed and the results are still not in, despite an urgent referral and the information that the results will be available within two weeks! Emails from the hotline sent to the manager go unanswered! I do not recommend it! The wait time for the test is incredibly short... Because if someone has read reviews about waiting weeks for results, they shouldn't go there. Logically, I'm unfortunately wise to the times. Never again do MRI tests at Affidea Ełk. The results are impossible to obtain, the test should probably be done privately and the invoice sent to them...

I highly recommend it! Wonderful service, especially the lovely ladies at the front desk. Smiling, empathetic, polite, and most importantly, very helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly, without pressure or stress. Especially Ms. Daria – a golden woman with a heart on her sleeve. ❤️ I wish there were more people like her in medical facilities :) I recommend it to everyone :)

I wasn't there for the scan, but I was waiting for someone close to me to have one. Out of boredom, I allowed myself to observe both the staff and the waiting patients. The atmosphere was downright familial. I saw the tension melt away from the waiting patients' faces after speaking with the receptionists, who offered encouragement to the stressed-out ones – especially the smiling Emilka. I hope that when I need an MRI, a spot will be found for me as quickly as it was for my family member.
