  Avoid! Doctors like this shouldn't be treating you. He won't even let you finish describing your symptoms. I hope the visit ends as soon as possible. Zero empathy, zero interest. It's a shame he's treating you at a private clinic called Luxmed.

  This doctor is TERRIBLE. She should be stripped of her license to practice medicine. I don't know who allowed her to work with patients. She yells on the phone; I'm not some punching bag for her to take out her frustration on. Avoid her completely.

  This was my first encounter with the doctor. I had scheduled a telephone consultation with her through Luxmed. I came in mainly with pain and constipation, hoping to get something for antispasmodics or painkillers. She wouldn't let me get a word in, constantly interrupting me. Among other things, she asked if I'd had a gynecological examination recently. I said yes, and then proceeded to explain that I didn't understand the difference between a gynecological examination and an ultrasound, that she didn't even see it in my tests. Without even having the opportunity to fully explain my problem, which was, firstly, extremely embarrassing and, secondly, quite difficult to describe, the doctor suggested it might be endometriosis and that I should schedule a GYNECOLOGICAL EXAMINATION or see a gastroenterologist. She completely omitted the fact from the questionnaire completed before the consultation that I was taking medication prescribed by a psychiatrist, which can affect such things. Perhaps if the doctor had been kind enough to listen to what the patient had to say, I would have come to my senses and reminded her of this, but the doctor had already concluded she couldn't help me over the phone and ended the conversation without issuing a referral for testing or prescribing any antispasmodic medication. I strongly advise against it.

  This doctor's approach to patients is pathetic—she doesn't listen, has zero empathy, and it's clear she wants to end the visit as quickly as possible. I don't recommend her.
