Hello everyone! I used this clinic while on vacation in Kołobrzeg. I was in very bad shape.!!!!!!!! No one in Kołobrzeg would see me. When I called this clinic, I received comprehensive help.!!!!!!!! Ms. Ania, the nurse who answered the phone, is an angel, a person with complete dedication and a calling to her profession. It's a shame there aren't more people like her in the world. The world would be a better place then. Thank you to all the medical staff at this clinic. For saving my life.!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what would have happened to my health and even my life if I hadn't received a timely referral to the hospital.!!!!!!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. For your tremendous help. The reception and service are rude, surly and without empathy. The problem is that everyone is rude. Avoid them, I do not recommend them... unless it's private and not covered by the National Health Fund, then it's a big change and they get in the patient's way.

The walk-through was empty, but they refused to see a child with a fever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone coming to Kołobrzeg on vacation. There was no willingness to help, both during a phone call in the morning and when I went in person after 1 p.m., and we were also turned away.

I haven't encountered such an unpleasant receptionist in a long time. She had a problem with literally every patient who came into the clinic, including an elderly gentleman who asked if this was a pharmacy (there was a pharmacy next door and he simply made a mistake). This isn't my clinic; I used it out of necessity, but I was embarrassed by the way patients were treated.

I don't recommend this place. We were on vacation with our child. We needed help. They refused—"Please contact your doctor." How? When I'm in Kołobrzeg on vacation?! So please wait until 6 PM and go to the hospital for overnight care. Shameful! I called at 11 AM. If the child is insured, they should be registered and consulted. The woman at the registration desk repeated to me 10 times, "This is a child, it needs to be checked." Well... she was the best at it. Wait until 6 PM and go to the hospital. Then you wonder why the lines at the hospital last several hours. I don't recommend it to anyone, and I feel sorry for anyone who has had to deal with this place.
