Failure, constant problems with registration. Long lines and calling the facility as if it were the president. Suffering and constant complaints. A sick person is supposed to ask a doctor to see them. 😂 The doctor doesn't want to see people with the flu; she stopped during the COVID era and is screaming and sending everyone to Christmas help. DRAMA

One of the primary care physicians who treated my mother, when she showed him her discharge papers from the hospital, said, and I quote, "Madam, this is the end of the road." That's the kind of doctor he is. I believe he will read this and remember this patient and this visit well.

Calling the clinic is almost impossible. And getting an appointment with a doctor when you suddenly fall ill is IMPOSSIBLE. With a high fever, severe earache, and headache, I was told to wait until 6 p.m. and go to the emergency room. This is ridiculous, especially since there wasn't a single patient at the office door or in the office.

Getting through to the clinic is bordering on impossible. You have to sit on the phone all day to finally get through, because the ladies working the reception desk seem to prefer coffee and gossip to answering calls.
