  I wholeheartedly recommend her. Dr. Milczarek is a truly wonderful pulmonologist and pediatrician. She is incredibly dedicated, attentive, and empathetic. She always listens carefully, asks for details, and takes as much time as needed to explain everything calmly. Her vast experience and professionalism are palpable, but she also genuinely cares about the patient. A huge shout-out goes to the girls at the front desk – they are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. Regardless of the situation, you can count on their support and efficient organization.

  A well-organized clinic. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is well-coordinated, providing top-quality services. Wait times for appointments are short compared to other nearby clinics, and the doctors are very professional. The nurses here are the best in the world, very gentle. There's also a wide selection of doctors with various specialties, both under the National Health Fund (NFZ) and privately. The clinic and its grounds are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it.

  Unfortunately, my visit to this clinic was very disappointing. There's a distinct lack of organization, and the cleanliness and service leave much to be desired. The staff seem incompetent, and their attitude toward patients is often arrogant and unpleasant. Instead of professional help, you encounter indifference and disrespect. They also sometimes refuse appointments for those who expect reliable medical care. This was my second visit to this clinic, and unfortunately, it confirmed my belief that it's better to go privately to someone else than to endure constant postponements and a lack of patient information. I would have expected a much higher standard of medical care. I've heard a lot about this clinic and have experienced it myself, and I say it's not a good choice.
