  I'm criticizing adult clinics. Please avoid this one. The receptionists are not nice. They make decisions for the doctor, even asking for a prescription, claiming the doctor won't write because they're full. They're rude and insolent, laughing under their breath and making stupid comments instead of doing their job. Someone should finally take an interest in this clinic because complaints are pointless; they're always chosen somehow. Please avoid adult clinics. Even in very poor condition, they renew doctor's appointments (because they're full of appointments at 9 a.m.). Can someone predict a week in advance that they'll be sick? But when I've had an appointment, these lovely ladies call to say the doctor isn't available and ask if it's possible to reschedule. Then you just have to apply pressure to the wound, but if you need something, they're rude and insolent. As for children's clinics, I have no complaints; the doctor is nice, and the receptionists are also very nice and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend children's clinics. Unfortunately, I advise you to steer clear of adult clinics...

  I've never had a problem, either at the check-in desk or with my doctor (family doctor, pediatrician, or gynecologist). The ladies are always kind and willing to help. Dr. Żelazik-Tarko is fantastic, empathetic, knowledgeable, and has a great approach to patients. I always have everything explained to me, whether at an in-office appointment or during a teleconsultation.

  If any woman wants to have her pregnancy managed by Dr. Buczek, please reconsider, unless she wants to feel uncared for, examined haphazardly, and not learn anything concrete. Besides, her manner of speaking and attitude leave much to be desired. The queue is filled with only women over 40; perhaps if one has other gynecological issues, it's okay. However, the pregnancy is a disaster. The ultrasound machine is broken. How can I check if the baby is even there and alive? I have to change my doctor practically halfway through my pregnancy... You wait two hours for an appointment, she comes in for three minutes... she won't even do an ultrasound... I had two appointments in a month where she didn't examine me in the chair, let alone do an ultrasound. Needless to say, if, God forbid, my baby died in the womb, I might have suspected I was there and she hadn't examined me. I changed doctors, and he clearly told me to leave the office knowing the baby was alive.

  I don't recommend it after today, I've come to the conclusion that the receptionists are in deep communist Poland. I had the intestinal flu, a fever of 38°C, and vomiting, and was told my appointment wouldn't be until Friday. I asked the receptionist to go and ask if there's a doctor seeing me, and I was told I had to come in person. They can't leave their workstations. They lack empathy for patients. I wish I hadn't gone; at least they would have had cleaning services. And then there was the nonsense about the regulations that don't allow them to ask a doctor about seeing a patient. Good health, and may the flu avoid you.

  The clinic is useless, worse than bad... You call 10 times and no one can answer the phone. When you finally get through, the ladies answer as if they were being punished for sitting there. (No one's forcing you to sit there, so if you don't like something, just throw in a ticket.)
