  This health center is a complete joke. Getting through is next to impossible. Why are they even at the reception desk if there's no one to answer the phone? It's best to hang up and have a cup of coffee. Patients can wait, after all, because the staff are sitting there like saints and don't have time. What a huge mistake.

  The ladies at the front desk could make a name for themselves on TikTok, as they could be memed like typical National Health Fund ladies… both on the phone and in person, they respond with grace, but they're unpleasant. When you call the doctor sick, you feel even sicker after talking to them.

  The receptionists have taken over the doctors' work. After a phone call, they decide whether I'm sick enough to be connected with a doctor and whether the doctor will write a prescription for a given medication. Then they tell me that the pediatrician only sees children. I'm confused because my husband and I, both in our 50s, have been going to him for 10 years, and our childhood years are long behind us. The doctors are OK, but the receptionists are burnt out.

  The service is abysmal, the receptionists are unpleasant and have a negative attitude towards patients. It's never possible to see a family doctor in the event of a sudden illness. The first available appointment is in a week. The only available doctor immediately is an incompetent pediatrician, a complete bottleneck. According to the information provided at the reception desk, he's also the only doctor who makes house calls. A disaster.

  I do not recommend this clinic. The attending physician never examined the patient who was bedridden because he did not make home visits. The entire treatment team acted as if they knew everything and had expertise in every specialty, which resulted in the patient's condition worsening because they simply had no idea what they were doing. The family was unable to request referrals for tests and to see other specialists, or to change the recommendations that were causing this deterioration. Nurses are a complex subject, starting with the fact that they are unfamiliar with the code of professional ethics: family and caregivers were threatened with legal action for "poor" care, regularly imposing their opinions on matters concerning the patient's private affairs, discussing the patient's health, family, and financial situation with non-relatives and unauthorized persons, implementing medical procedures that, instead of improving the patient's condition, significantly worsened the health problems, such as applying pressure-sore prevention patches to a grade 3 pressure ulcer requiring surgical debridement, and performing these procedures against the patient's will and consent. No one ever called or contacted the patient's family directly; all information, intimidation, and lectures were passed on to outsiders. It was made clear that such a sick patient was a significant problem, and caring for them caused dissatisfaction among the nurses, as they had to come to the patient and care for him. The responsibilities of a primary care nurse were far beyond the scope of these women's abilities. They all demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, and most importantly and worst of all, their actions were not consistent with current medical knowledge.
