  I've been using this facility for over six years. I'm very satisfied with the service. The family doctors, and I've been through several, have always been helpful, professional, and empathetic. The specialists I've seen have been the same. I've never had any problems with the receptionists. But I have a special fondness and respect for Dr. Arkadiusz Szycman, an orthopedic surgeon. I owe him a lot; he personally operated on both of my hip joints, implanting endoprostheses. Thanks to him, I'm able to walk today. Dr. Arkadiusz has a high personal culture, excellent professional knowledge, excellent patient diagnosis, empathy, and a thorough approach. He's a top-notch doctor; I can only speak highly of him. Ms. Aldona, the receptionist, is always very helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

  I called at 7:30 a.m. to schedule an appointment with my child. The woman scheduled us for 4:00 p.m., but within an hour, the receptionist called to say the appointment had been canceled because the doctor was ill. They offered me another doctor at a different time. I was rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. A moment later, I received a message saying the appointment had been canceled because the doctor didn't speak Ukrainian (which struck me as absurd, as I don't speak Ukrainian either). I called the receptionist, where an elderly woman answered the phone and was told the doctor doesn't accept Ukrainians. When she asked why, she was told, "Because he doesn't speak Ukrainian." When I explained that I spoke Polish and didn't need a doctor speaking Ukrainian, she replied, "You've already told me everything, call me tomorrow." I consider this discriminatory because a doctor who accepts patients under the National Health Fund (NFZ) can't choose which country they accept and which they don't. I really wanted to visit this facility and I am very sorry that I experienced discrimination in this facility.

  I had the opportunity to use Alfamedic's services in Mława and, honestly, I'm very satisfied. The clinic has friendly staff, and the doctors are polite and very thorough. It's great that you can handle a variety of issues in one place – from family visits to specialists and diagnostics. The opening hours are a plus – it's easier to make an appointment after work or on Saturdays, which makes life much easier. The facility is also clean, and the wait wasn't a nightmare. For me, I recommend Alfamedic to anyone looking for reliable medical care.

  The registration desk is completely unprofessional. Since June, I've been trying to contact her about my child's (mandatory) vaccinations. I've been constantly being told that the woman responsible for vaccinations isn't there, and the receptionists repeatedly set a time to call and schedule a vaccination. When I called on the scheduled day, I was informed that the woman responsible for vaccinations still wasn't there (I understand it's the summer holidays, etc.), but on the day I called, the children were vaccinated and the woman was present. I called almost every two weeks, each time declaring the situation, until I finally heard the woman put the phone down, probably to one side, and told a friend I was having a monologue. Upon arrival, I discovered that I'd been sent a reminder about my daughter's vaccination (in May), but her vaccination date was in June, so I don't know where the information that any reminder should be sent came from (I didn't receive anything). The matter is being reported to the National Health Fund (NFZ), because after asking my superiors to contact me, I received a business card with the clinic's phone number. I won't mention the situation when I took my daughter (1.5 years old) to the doctor seven times because she had a persistent cough for several months. It was only through private consultation that I was informed it was whooping cough. Then, when I informed the clinic doctor at a follow-up appointment (after antibiotics) that it was whooping cough, the doctor stated that this could have been the case. So why wasn't the child properly diagnosed and examined if the private doctor had detected it immediately during one visit, and during the previous seven visits at the clinic, no one had even mentioned the possibility of such an illness. What a disaster.
