  Today, I had an appointment with an ENT specialist at 4:00 PM. After completing the registration and GDPR formalities, the receptionist showed me where to wait until the doctor was called. It turned out I was third in line, even though it was 3:55 PM. I asked the receptionist if this was true, and she confirmed it and told me to wait. I informed the receptionist that, given the circumstances, I wouldn't be paying the agreed-upon amount of 250 PLN, but rather 200 PLN for the appointment due to the delay. The doctor called me to the office at 4:35 PM. I have no complaints about the appointment itself, which lasted 12 minutes. 👍 After going to the receptionist, I offered to pay 50 PLN less, or 200 PLN. The receptionist then informed me that the fee was 350 PLN because the doctor had examined me and that it would cost an additional 100 PLN. I told the ladies that I hadn't been informed about the fee for the "test?" I refused to pay 350 PLN, and when I said 200 PLN. Then the receptionist called the Director, "Unfortunately, I don't know what the Director is talking about..." The Director told me from an employee that she had agreed to lower the price to 300 PLN. I didn't agree to this, because 250-50 PLN is 200 PLN. To avoid delays, I agreed to the original price of 250 PLN. I also made the transfer... I have questions for Patrycja, Director: - Does the ENT doctor at your clinic perform any equipment/physical tests during the visit? From what I know, visits without physical tests are conducted by a psychologist or psychiatrist... Why wasn't I informed that checking my throat and nose costs an additional 100 PLN? Why does your clinic treat patients this way? - Delayed appointments, no information about them, the patient's time is completely ignored, and for a 10-minute visit you have to pay 250 PLN. - How expensive is the patient's time? In my case, 35 PLN? minutes? Thank you for your "empathy" during my stay at your clinic 👎

  Hello. I used occupational health services for a position at my company, as a construction equipment operator and driver. The tests were completed quickly and efficiently in one day. The service was friendly and helpful. I even had the psychological tests done upstairs. My only reservations are about the validity of these tests (two years). Apparently, that's the maximum period I could get them for, and the price. Even though the employer pays, it's expensive (as I learned, it's the price for a customer off the street). So it's worth asking about the cost before having them done.

  A very good medical center; I use the services of many specialists. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. My visit with the occupational medicine doctor, from registration to issuing documents, lasted 30 minutes. 😃 A very competent and friendly doctor.
