Ophthalmologist. Urgent referral, information on the registration desk that if the doctor agrees, he'll take it. The doctor, speaking from a distance, said he wouldn't do anything, and he was hungry anyway. Just a reminder that you're supposed to take a 15-minute break after six hours of work, and I suspect he doesn't even work that long a day. So he could have eaten beforehand. And secondly, taking the medication and prescribing the drops takes five minutes. And a few days in Zwoleń creates huge costs, which are covered by the National Health Fund ;) Three stars for the other doctors I know at this clinic, and they're always there for you ;)

I recommend it. The receptionists are very friendly, and the waiting times for National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments are short. The specialists are very professional and kind. Especially Dr. Karasińska, the gynecologist, is kind, friendly, and very competent.

The receptionists were very polite. My visit with Dr. Karasińska was also very pleasant, even though it was a gynecological appointment. The doctor greeted me warmly from the moment I walked in and tried to ease the atmosphere. I highly recommend her :)

I don't recommend this clinic unless you have the time and can stay there all day. My appointment was for 11:30 AM. A month and a half of waiting. I scheduled my child's appointment for 1:00 PM at another clinic the same day. I arrived at 11:00 AM and people were already queuing up, so there was no chance of seeing them until 1:00 PM. I had to cancel my appointment because my child was more important, and I had to go to 1:00 PM with him. When asked at the registration desk what time the doctor was available, she couldn't answer. GDPR rules don't apply here. On the desk, there are printed PESEL numbers and addresses with patient names. Anyone who comes in can read them and write them down.

The person answering the phone kept me on the phone for almost five minutes while I discussed with the courier and other employees about the packages containing new office desks. When she finally spoke, she said she didn't have time to answer my questions about the services the facility offers. I don't even know how to comment on that.
