  Professional service. Neat and clean. Top-notch doctors. The cost of a visit is reasonable at 350 PLN for a gynecologist. Each visit is scheduled for 30 minutes, which is commendable, as there's no rush.

  I'm very dissatisfied with my appointment. I paid 450 PLN and expected a professional, personalized approach. I told the doctor that I had severe acne and needed contraception that wouldn't worsen my skin condition. Despite this, I was prescribed Evra patches – one of the highest-dose estrogen methods, which often exacerbate acne. I wasn't informed of the risks or alternatives that would be better for my dermatological problems. After starting the patches, my acne worsened dramatically, and I also developed severe breast tenderness. I feel treated superficially and inadequately for the price of the appointment.

  I was seen today with a terrible toothache. Dr. Olszewska saw me. She was an incredibly warm and friendly woman. She approached my problem professionally yet very gently. I wholeheartedly recommend her and thank you again for your help.

  ❌ I do not recommend this clinic. I was a patient for over three years – until now, everything was handled professionally. Unfortunately, the incident on May 6, 2025, completely changed my mind. While making an appointment over the phone, I heard vulgar and offensive words directed at me: "That Ukrainian woman is so annoying, I don't even want to listen to her." I can't believe that something like that could be heard in a medical facility. Immediately after the call, I went to the clinic to report the situation. Unfortunately, there was zero empathy or concern. I was simply told to send an email, saying "I don't know who answered the phone" – and that was it. No apology, no attempt to explain. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened. I am shocked that such a serious situation was ignored. I was treated with disrespect and complete detachment. 👉 If you value your health—not just physical but also mental—steer clear of this clinic. For me, that was the last time.

  I've been using ALLMED's services for years and have no complaints. On the contrary, I recommend it to everyone. The service is exceptional, the staff is comfortable and high-quality, and they offer a personalized approach with complete patience and understanding. ...it's mostly us patients who complain about delays...but in an industry where we work for people and their health, I consider this normal.
