  Before the examination, I provided the codes paid for by Polmed and completed the questionnaires and documents. However, the staff did not inform me about the additional cost of the examination, and it was a significant one – a whopping 850 PLN, compared to 200 PLN in other facilities in Poland. During the examination, the doctor (I must admit that the examination was very professionally performed) determined that there was a polyp approximately 4 mm in size and removed it for examination by excision. The attached information sheet described it as "removed with a cold loop and sent for histological examination," which, of course, was included in the scope of the examination. They did not specify that the excision was for a fee, and additional material was collected from the excised polyp for testing! After a very painful examination without anesthesia, I was forced to explain the codes to the receptionists for about 40 minutes. I was told to repeatedly call the hotline, wait for calls, and talk to a chatbot, all in an attempt to force me to pay 850 PLN for the procedure the doctor performed, as described above, for which the clinic applied for reimbursement from Polmed, while also demanding payment for the removal, which involved the collection of material. During the procedure itself, the 4 mm sample for the examination, I was not informed that I had to pay twice for both the collection and the removal, which is absurd and, in my opinion, an attempt to fraudulently obtain benefits. When I requested the name of the person in charge and the contact information for this person three times at the facility, the receptionists refused to provide me with this information three times, claiming they were not authorized to do so. I wanted to clarify this today by going back to the city 80 km from my home. For example, the price list from the Osteodex Nowy Sącz clinic: colonoscopy: PLN 600, polyp removal: PLN 200, and sample collection and delivery: PLN 65. I am appalled by the facility's staff and their attempt to defraud you of such exorbitant amounts! Don't be fooled!

  On January 10, 2026, I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy performed by Dr. M. Krzyżanowski, assisted by Dr. Agnieszka Konstanty and nurse Monika Gutt-Mostowy. The examination took place in a very pleasant and calm atmosphere. The doctor demonstrated complete professionalism, empathy, and great commitment. All stages of the examination were clearly explained, which significantly reduced stress. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and concerned for the patient's comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend the doctor and the entire medical team.

  Mrs. Komperda-Jakubczyk should reconsider her behavior, talking loudly about me to the receptionist, who, by the way, rolled her eyes so much that you wanted to leave. Next time, I recommend speaking a little more quietly or approaching me and telling me to my face. Total lack of professionalism and respect. I do not recommend it.

  I've been a patient of Allmedica since its inception in the Podhale region, and I've wholeheartedly recommended—and continue to recommend—most of your clinics. Furthermore, I professionally supervise the operations of another company's clinics, so their patient service standards are particularly close to my heart, and I've always held Allmedica as a role model. It is with great disappointment that I must write that today's visit to the facility in Kowaniec was exceptionally unpleasant and completely out of keeping with the standard I've previously associated with this chain. For several minutes, I stood in front of the reception desk, completely ignored by the receptionist. When she finally graciously noticed me, she curtly asked, "What do I want?" After informing them I had an appointment, I was met with a roll of the eyes and an arrogant comment telling them to "click on the machine next to me." When I explained that I couldn't make it because it was a follow-up appointment and I wasn't in the system (and I hadn't been there before because I was a foster child), the response was more impatience and an instruction to "go to 12." Without explaining where, without giving directions—only after a moment, with obvious irritation, did I say "upstairs." I pointed out that such behavior was rude and completely inappropriate for the receptionist at a medical facility. The only response I received was that "she told me where to go." No "hello," no "goodbye," no courtesy whatsoever. I'm truly sorry, because I've always held places like Allmedica up as role models of professionalism and empathy. However, today's situation in Kowanec was a complete contradiction of these values, and I hope it will be taken seriously—because one employee can effectively destroy a reputation built over years.

  Today, I had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Mikołaj Krzyżanowski. Even though I chose the procedure without anesthesia, the doctor performed the examination almost painlessly, demonstrating his professionalism and extensive experience. I recommend him to everyone. The nurse, Magdalena Ślusarczyk, who assisted me during the examination was very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Thank you.
