  I recommend Allmedica in Wadowice. It's the only clinic where registration is so efficient and intuitive. Without hanging up the phone, you can choose a convenient time and reschedule your appointment if necessary. Another huge plus is the wide selection of doctors in one place, which means you don't have to run from one clinic to the next with paperwork. The receptionists deserve special recognition – they are always kind, helpful, and patient. They can advise, reassure, and solve problems, making patients feel like people, not just numbers in the system.

  The clinic is absolutely hopeless. I haven't encountered such insolent doctors in a long time. Every visit is a hassle. They can't write prescriptions properly, there are problems with the nurses, one nurse won't show up for work, and there's no one to administer the vaccine. Of course, you have to come back at a different time, make another appointment, and wait. The doctor schedules the appointment for the specified time, and you still have to wait half an hour, sometimes an hour, for an appointment. Not a word of remorse, not apologies, or anything. He even slyly says he doesn't accept any cards. This clinic is a complete disaster.

  Colonoscopy. They dispense an ineffective cleansing solution that tastes like orange soda, but doesn't work properly. Even though the doctor knows from the outset that he can't perform the test properly, he still performs tests and then recommends a repeat test. This wastes taxpayer money. Furthermore, they forcefully force air into the test. A few hours after the test, I experience severe stabbing pain—so intense that it's even difficult to breathe :( It's a miracle I'm alive. In short, wasted money, severe pain, and a lack of proper knowledge about my health :( The only positive is that I know to avoid Allmedica.

  An appointment scheduled a month in advance was postponed by Allmedica. Finally, after an hour's delay, it turns out the laser hasn't arrived and the previously agreed-upon procedure won't be performed. Without warning, the patient's time and nerves were wasted.
