We called to get some information about the vaccination, asked if the lady on the phone spoke English and she just get off the phone. This is not acceptable at all! The clinics in a city that has so many foreigner visits can not provide any advice in English. The worst thing is that she didn't even try to help!!

I highly recommend this blood collection center. I wanted to thank you for a very quick and completely painless blood draw. 🩸 You and your wife demonstrated great empathy and professionalism. Dr. Bożena Furmanek is now our family doctor and is very attentive, empathetic, and incredibly kind. 😊 She listens calmly to the patient, explains everything thoroughly, and makes you feel cared for. The visit was pleasant. I highly recommend her. ❤️ 10/10

Mr. Marcin Kołodziej proved to be an exceptionally reliable and dedicated doctor. All my concerns were addressed from start to finish, without rushing and with complete understanding. He devoted exactly as much time as I needed, and every question was answered thoroughly and clearly. I felt he truly cared about my comfort and health, not just "having an appointment." Furthermore, the atmosphere was calm, professional, and full of empathy. I highly recommend him, a doctor who combines such high competence with a human touch.
