Today I was at the Your Doctor Clinic in Biłgoraj with a bronchospasm attack. And even though I'm not a member of that clinic, I received immediate medical care in the treatment room from the doctor and nurse who worked today. Everyone was professional and helpful. I am very, very grateful, and I thank you again. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I don't recommend it! It's notoriously impossible to schedule an appointment for a sick child. If they have a fever, you can just walk in and wait until someone takes pity on you. There's a line of adults waiting for the pediatrician, and you're stuck waiting forever with a sick child. And if they don't have a fever, the appointment is in a week. Come on, people.

Mrs. G, on top form as usual. I've already witnessed her blocking patients' cars and going upstairs for coffee. Then, after numerous requests to leave, she leisurely removed her car. This time, she went further and blocked two available parking spaces, stopping along the street. Patients waiting in line for her office are ignored in the same way. Coffee or tea during office hours is the norm, and everything would be fine if she didn't disappear for 20 minutes – not all of us have that much time. EDIT: My response to the clinic's position is as follows: Firstly: I witnessed the incident, so the situation described above is true. I saw who left the car and who moved it. Secondly: The woman whose car was blocked in the above-mentioned situation went to the reception desk and asked the man working there for some action. He, however, stubbornly claimed he knew nothing and, as a result, did nothing – he simply didn't know the cars of four doctors. For my part, I advise a little respect for the patient/in your case, the client.

I'm sorry to say that initially, I don't think I would recommend this clinic, especially to a family doctor. I didn't mention that lab tests could be done, etc. I probably would have if the patient had mentioned it first. I went back to my doctor. He immediately took care of the tests and ordered them. Now that's some help. They should follow this doctor's example... I'm giving 1 star when I should have given 0 for "Your Doctor" Clinics.
