  I had the unpleasant experience of visiting gynecologist A. J.. I asked for a referral for a breast ultrasound, but she refused to issue one unless I had a Pap smear done with her. I told her I didn't want to have the test done because I had a liquid-based Pap smear done privately this year with another doctor and could send her the results. She said that in that case, I wasn't her patient and wouldn't issue a referral because, for unknown reasons, I wasn't entitled to one. After some pressure, I received a referral, but was told it was only an exception and "I'm not entitled to anything." The referral, of course, could only be processed at Animeda. I contacted the Patient Rights Ombudsman and was informed that if I had an appointment, I was a patient and there shouldn't be any problems obtaining the referral. This is disastrous and highly superior behavior on the doctor's part. If someone likes being pushed around, lied to, and treated with contempt, then Mrs. A. J. will be an excellent choice :) I'm reporting this matter further.

  I would like to report my dissatisfaction with the dental treatment at your office. After having a filling placed on the upper part of my seventh tooth, serious complications arose: My lower lip was severely chafed, swollen, and very painful. After treatment, the tooth was very sensitive and painful when eating. A lesion appeared on my gum that was painful and throbbing. Inflammation occurred. I don't remember the name of the doctor who performed the treatment, but I believe this situation should not occur in a professional dental office. For this reason, I do not recommend using the services of this office.

  I've been a patient at this clinic for about 14 years. The receptionists are very nice. I've used the dentist a few times, but now I only see a gynecologist. My doctor is Dr. Aleksandra Jeśman. After a bad experience with my previous gynecologist, Dr. Jeśman is a revelation. She's very empathetic, pays attention to comorbidities, and tries to get to know the patient. She performs the examination gently. I've had the best experience after just a few visits. I wish there were more doctors like her in healthcare.

  I recommend this clinic. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, friendly, and helpful. 😀 I also recommend the dentist, Dr. Pawlak, a true professional whose compassion for patients is unparalleled. 😀 I wholeheartedly recommend her. 😀

  I went to see a gynecologist there once. If I remember correctly, it was Dr. Migdał. The situation was unusual; I arrived at the end of the doctor's office hours. After I told her what was bothering me, the "doctor" replied, "You shouldn't have let some ragdoll touch you." Informed that I was on my period, she shouted in the chair and asked if I could see that I was bleeding. Later, all stressed and disoriented, I was too slow to put on my clothes. "Hurry up, or I'll throw them away without underwear." That was my first visit to a gynecologist. A fantastic experience. At the beginning of July this year, quite desperate, I decided to find out if the gynecologist could see me. Yes, she could. In October, but please inquire in September about the current status. When asked what to do if I need to see a doctor as soon as possible – go to the emergency room...
