  I'm a patient of Professor Basta. He diagnosed me with oncology, and I also had my HPV vaccination at Antonia. I come from Silesia. In the most difficult moment, when I was fearing for my life, I received support that is hard to overestimate. Knowledge, peace of mind, honesty, and the support of a strong and reliable person. This has had a huge impact on my safety. I'm very grateful and recommend this place wholeheartedly, even if I have to wait for the Professor! Thank you 🩵

  I highly recommend this doctor! He's a doctor with extensive experience and empathy. From my first visit, I felt I'd found the right person – he patiently explains all the issues, suggests the best solutions, and ensures a sense of security. It's rare to find such care and professionalism combined these days. I highly recommend him!

  I wanted to collect my old results on a CD to compare them with this year's. After a month, I managed to get a CD recorded. The hotline told me the results were available for collection at Kościuszki Street. Attempt one: Antonia Street on Kościuszki Street was open until 3 p.m., but it was locked at 2:40 p.m. Attempt two: Antonia Street on Kościuszki Street was open, the receptionist was searching through the cabinets, informing me that the results weren't there, but could be collected at Nullo Street. Attempt three: the technician at Nullo Street first tried to convince me that I had collected the results, but I didn't remember (I don't know if you diagnosed me with dementia as a freebie?), and then, when I spoke to the receptionist, she said that "I'm saying I was at Kościuszki Street" (meaning I'm lying, but I'm insistent and clearly upset about the whole situation, so something needs to be done about it). After checking, it turns out the results are indeed for Kościuszki Street, but perhaps seeing my expression, the receptionist, the only real voice of customer service in this establishment, wisely orders them to re-record the results. Suddenly, it turns out it doesn't take as long as the hotline lady claimed. I receive the CD with a nonchalant gesture from the technician, as if I were bothering her, and certainly as if I were to blame for the confusion. I don't recommend this. Zero friendliness, and even less customer service skills.
