  I came in for my tests on Friday – all they said was blood work. On Monday, I found out I needed an ophthalmologist, which they didn't have, and another clinic said they didn't need one at all. It's a complete mess and a complete lack of information – I'm wasting my time and a paid day off.

  Give doctor Anna Gumola-Pluta a wide berth. Rudeness, rude behavior towards a child, xenophobia. I barely walked into her office when she immediately told me to find another doctor and not come back—because she doesn't want to see people like me. How can people like that even work in this profession? She absolutely must not be allowed to have contact with people!

  A 4-hour queue to see a single doctor with no registration system. First and last time. I'm changing clinics.

  3 hours of waiting to see one doctor. However, the best action was when the sanitary inspector came in and all the patients had to wait because the doctor was moving chairs from room to room.
