Getting through to the clinic is bordering on a miracle!! The funniest thing is that I live close to the clinic, and after making about 80 calls, I went there in person. It turned out the clinic was understaffed, and the receptionists were sitting there!!!! It's a disgrace!! That's their job. If they don't like answering the phone, I suggest they change jobs!!!! I don't recommend it. Pro-Med Clinic works the same way!! Getting through is a MIRACLE!!

Whenever I call, the phone is answered immediately. Dr. Czechowska is there to help with compassion and experience. My son always looks forward to receiving his sticker. I'm very pleased.

The Polish healthcare system is a disaster. It's stuck in the 1990s. They haven't heard of antibiotics, nor have they heard of 30 złoty CRP tests from the pharmacy to determine whether an infection is viral or bacterial. Doctors don't need tests; it's better to treat by eye. But they'd like to earn like the West. 20,000, preferably 50,000, per month. I value your knowledge and standards at the national minimum. And if you don't like it, the borders are still open.

Totally a waste of money. I highly recommend it. The new doctor pretends to examine and does everything in a half-assed manner. I've been going here since I was a child because it's the closest clinic in the neighborhood, but now, after these changes, I'd rather go private and pay than wait until I get even sicker. I wasted my time (I waited several days for an appointment), my nerves, and my previously somewhat reliable opinion.
