  Overall, poor customer service. There was a misunderstanding, but the receptionist didn't even seem to want to listen to what I had to say. The doctor kept asking me questions even when I went to the restroom, but he only commented briefly on my condition during the examination. There were no hygiene products or towels in the bathroom.

  I had a third-trimester ultrasound at this clinic. The registration process was very pleasant, and the exam was conducted thoroughly and thoroughly. I received a lot of photos :)

  My little one's bilirubin levels rose alarmingly after being discharged from the hospital. We had to quickly obtain a phototherapy lamp. The clinic provided one immediately, with expert instructions on how to use it. Furthermore, the doctor remained in constant contact with me and was available for consultations at any time.

  People, don't schedule an ultrasound. It's a waste of your money and time, and above all, your time. This doctor is a disaster. I highly recommend him. I was denied an appointment even though I had an appointment and paid for it. I lost two hours waiting in line that I could have spent with my family. And most importantly, I wasn't given an ultrasound despite a referral from a doctor about placenta praevia. Once again, I don't recommend him!!!!!! The staff is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They laugh in your face and even call you a slob because you're asked to see me at my scheduled appointment. It's a disaster. There are so few doctors in Krakow that you should avoid this facility and save yourself the stress.
