After the first appointment, I wasn't satisfied with the results. The next appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. I received a call the next morning asking if I could come earlier. I said I'd try, but no promises. I was in a hurry and drove 40 km straight from work to arrive early, only to wait over an hour for my appointment! The secretary kept coming out saying the doctor would be in shortly. What were you doing? He was serving people with different appointments, while I waited for over an hour, and to this day, I haven't even received an apology. Of course, my patience ran out, so I went home with the intention of changing clinics. I don't recommend them.

I've used the clinic's services twice now. I highly recommend it. The procedure was quick and painless. The doctor was completely professional. The visit took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, very professional and to the point.

I don't recommend this place. The appointment was repeatedly postponed, and ultimately, it was delayed by almost 30 minutes. The doctor didn't take the time to perform a thorough examination, let alone explain the procedure and what should be done afterward. It was all done casually.

I don't recommend the laboratory. There's usually a gentleman at the entrance who tells you to enter the laboratory from the other side. Until now, everyone went there to Luxmed, which has since been relocated. The owner of Ars Medica doesn't mention that it's no longer a Luxmed laboratory, but a Diagnostics laboratory. The price for the blood test I had at Luxmed was 10 złoty more expensive. Then the lady couldn't draw my blood, claiming my veins were invisible. She crammed twice, once in my hand. She asked me personal questions about the purpose of the test. I was supposed to get the results the same day. They weren't listed on the website. I went to Ars Medica the next day around 11:00 AM. The lady apologized and claimed my sample hadn't been sent to the laboratory. And the results wouldn't be available until after 9:00 PM that day. I've never encountered such a circus, either at Luxmed or at the laboratory on Młodzieżowa Street. Other clients who were waiting for tests that day were also dissatisfied, mostly with the price of the tests, which were much higher than at other laboratories. I do not recommend it.
