  A very bad experience – a lack of respect for patient rights. I was a patient after a road accident (a pedestrian was hit). I presented with pain in my tailbone, buttock, and numbness when sitting. Both at the reception desk and at the doctor's office, I was treated unpleasantly and dismissively. I was informed several times that as an "uninsured" person, I was not entitled to assistance, even though, as a refugee from Ukraine, I am entitled to free healthcare benefits financed by the National Health Fund. The doctor did not conduct a physical examination, did not ask about my medications, or the full scope of my ailments. I did not receive an X-ray referral or any diagnostic tests, only a terse referral to a specialist. The entire visit took place in an atmosphere of stress and pressure, without empathy and without reliable medical information. As a patient after a road accident, I felt left without real help. I do not recommend this facility to people in difficult health situations, especially those who have suffered injuries.

  I'm not judging the facility as a whole, although it would be helpful. Today, a foreigner who recently moved to Poland and is unable to communicate in the language visited the doctor. I'd also like to mention that this wasn't his first time at this clinic, and he was connected by phone to a Polish person who translated the entire visit. I understand the lack of language skills at the front desk, but I can't fathom the lack of language skills in a doctor who, by definition, should be helping everyone. So, it's equivalent to speaking English. I understand he's in Poland, but learning our language also takes a lot of time. The doctor said she wouldn't see him because she has "a lot" of patients. (As the man described, there were two people in the waiting room.) The person on the phone with him said that in such a case, he would request a denial of admission. To which she was told that no denial would be issued and that she could go to the emergency room at 6:00 PM. He returned to the reception desk, whereupon the receptionist displayed the height of racism and "jokingly" referred him to the pediatrics department. At the next reception desk, the ladies were surprised to be referred to the pediatrics department and told him to go back upstairs. The receptionist laughed off the question about refusing to see the patient and decided she wouldn't provide the name of the doctor who refused. She also didn't offer an appointment anytime soon. Finally, I want to say that the boy has a 40-degree fever and is unable to perform basic tasks. This demonstrates how doctors treat people and how racist we are. I think the media will be very interested in this whole situation.

  I must admit that I highly recommend this clinic as a parent of a teenager. The receptionists are very kind, despite the heavy phone calls, and the patients always find a moment to speak with them, always smiling. Best regards to the receptionists for children :) and now the child psychiatrist, Ms. Marta, is a wonderful woman; she knows her profession and is truly there to help... And the psychotherapist ❤️ Thank you for your visit, and I look forward to the next one. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you have emotional problems with your children. Best regards.

  I took my two-year-old child for a blood draw. The atmosphere was great. It was quick. The kind ladies chatted with my daughter, and the doctor took the blood in literally a minute. No searching, no unnecessary pricking, and no stress.
