We waited 40 minutes for an appointment with one woman. We called the front desk, but no one answered. That's how they care about their patients.

Why do they need a phone? I call reception and they immediately hang up. They put the phone away just to keep things quiet, and sick children can't go to the doctor because they're drinking coffee at the reception desk.

Who answers the registration calls? This is a disaster. Zero manners, rude remarks, gracious replies, and then they hang up. It's sad that people like this work here.

JACEK GRZEBIELUCH - My experience with this doctor is very poor. After a serious accident in which I suffered severe fractures to both hands and underwent skull surgery, I was referred by PZU for a medical examination. I expected a thorough and comprehensive assessment of my overall health. During the appointment, however, I was told by the doctor that the referral only covered my fingers, which meant that the rest of my injuries – including fractures, neurological complications, and post-surgery effects – were practically ignored. The examination was superficial, and my questions remained unanswered. The result is a decision that completely fails to reflect the true extent of my injury. The severe fractures and skull surgery were omitted, and the assessment focused primarily on the extensors of my fingers – which is absurd. I feel treated unfairly and unprofessionally. Summary: lack of integrity, lack of a holistic approach to the patient, and downplaying serious injuries. I do not recommend this doctor.
