I visited dr. Maryna Borodulia, an ENT specialist at Astramed Clinic, for ear issues. She was very efficient and helpful, and I was super satisfied with the entire consultation and help. The clinic was also easy to coordinate with (I had to reschedule and find a better time). I highly recommend Dr. Borodulia and astramed Clinic👍

!!! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Extremely dangerous misinformation and complete lack of responsibility. The information about working hours shown on Google is completely false. The clinic profile clearly states that it is open until 4:00 AM. Based on this, at 11:00 PM we travelled with a small child from the other side of the city seeking urgent medical care. When we arrived, the reality was shocking: - the clinic was completely closed, - all lights were off, - no staff, no duty doctor, - the hotline that is supposedly available was not answering. This is not a minor inconvenience or a technical error. This is misleading information that can put patients’ health and safety at serious risk, especially when it involves children and urgent medical situations. If the clinic does not operate at night, displaying opening hours until 4:00 AM is either gross negligence or deliberate misinformation. The result was wasted time, severe stress, and unnecessary risk for a child. Absolutely unacceptable for a medical facility.
