I've never seen such poor customer service in any private medical facility. The reception desk is nonexistent, and when they do answer the phone, they're misleading. I waited a year for a consultation that never happened. I don't recommend this place.

I went there for many years because of the excellent doctors. It's practically impossible to get an appointment now, so I went to someone else and learned during my appointment that I couldn't get most of the diagnostics that one doctor had previously performed during a single visit. As usual, I was informed that my appointment was delayed by several dozen minutes, only to be informed 20 minutes before my appointment that I would be on time after all.

I recommend Dr. Wadowska, a super specialist, to treat a patient with a 5. I had a mammogram removed. I was terribly afraid. I didn't need to be so stressed. It was painless, I didn't even know when it was. Thank you for your wonderful approach. I recommend Dr. Wadowska to everyone.

This was my first visit to Babie Lato. I had contacted the receptionist several times to inquire about available appointments, as the wait times were quite long. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She called me back as soon as a spot became available, which I immediately took with great joy. Dr. Wadowska is the best in the world. She was completely committed, listened attentively to my long story, performed tests, and answered all my questions. We established a further course of action, which she clearly explained. I am very grateful for her professionalism and for devoting as much time as needed to me, without rushing me. My more complex case caused an additional delay, which certainly did not please subsequent patients. I would like to emphasize here that it is certainly not the receptionist, who is unable to predict how long a patient will spend in the office, or the doctor, who causes delays, but the patients (like me) who come for help with the expectation of receiving it. In my opinion, the professional patient care is a huge plus. I recommend her to anyone who expects this.
