  Positive - Dr, was very detailed oriented and professional. Negative - Reception scheduled us for 3pm visits, when we arrived on time told us there was mistake because doctors visitations stars at 3:30pm. As we were waiting for the doctor (only patients at that time) almost 45 minutes, our patient information was not entered into the computer which our doctor pointed out and entered the data herself. One of the ladies assisting the doctor was visibility sick and was talking about how bad she feels openly (no mask). I can't stress enough how dangerous it is getting some sick while pregnant. The heating in the clinic did not work in February. The doctor visit costs online on their website is incorrect, our visits was more expensive.

  An appointment covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ), for a fetal echocardiogram. I had an appointment and confirmed my appointment with Dr. Raś several times, but only after the examination did I learn that I had been seen by a different doctor, without my knowledge or consent (the only information was a stamp on the documents I received after the appointment). The examination itself was performed correctly, and I have no complaints about that. However, the entire organizational structure was an absolute disgrace. For over 40 minutes, no one informed me of the change of doctor! The doctor who saw me didn't introduce herself, didn't have a name tag, and there was no information on the door of the office about who was working there. After the appointment, at the reception desk, I was told that the examination is performed under the National Health Fund (NFZ), and if I wanted to be guaranteed the same doctor I had signed up with, I would have to go privately. Yes, the clinic's website states generally that the examination is performed by several doctors, but I had an appointment with a specific doctor and confirmed this multiple times! This is a huge difference, which the staff clearly doesn't understand, or doesn't want to understand. This means that a National Health Fund (NFZ) patient has no right to know who is examining them, and they only learn about changes after the fact. The registration process only added to the embarrassment. The elderly, blond woman was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and insolent, stubbornly obstinate, unable to even muster a simple "I'm sorry" for the situation. Zero empathy, zero reflection. One must be truly devoid of imagination and basic sensitivity to treat a woman in advanced pregnancy, in poor health, and after a stressful situation in this way. The staff at this facility definitely requires training, as the current level of service is unacceptable.

  The doctor was very good, but the organization needed improvement. We had an echocardiogram scheduled for 3:00 PM. We arrived at the clinic early, around 2:50 PM, with completed questionnaires. The receptionist asked us to fill out another one and informed us that the test would take place in room number 1. Unfortunately, no one mentioned the delays. The test, scheduled for 3:00 PM, didn't start until after 4:00 PM. We only learned about the delay when I asked the receptionist why we were waiting so long. We were informed that earlier appointments were being extended. The delay itself is understandable – unforeseen circumstances can happen – but the lack of any information for patients is unacceptable. A short text message or phone call informing them of the change in time would have sufficed. It's really not much, but it would have made a huge difference, especially since most patients are in advanced stages of pregnancy, and such long waits can be exhausting. The doctor was completely professional and dedicated. The reception staff definitely needed improvement. It's important to respect patients' time. I hope that communication with patients will be better organized in the future.

  Appointment with a neurologist - Dr. Szafranska Patient - one-year-old, 5:00 PM On the way to the appointment, we were informed of a 20-minute delay. Upon arrival, it turned out that Ms. Szafranska was seeing new patients for approximately an hour-long visit, something we were neither prepared for nor warned about. A standard appointment is 40 minutes, although the doctor sees patients on her own terms, with absolutely no regard for time. When we asked why this was the case and why no one had informed us during the booking process, we received no answer. We decided to wait – after all, it was only a 20-minute delay, and we would try to manage it during the appointment. The 20-minute delay turned into 50 minutes (the previous patient had an appointment for 4:20 PM). Ms. Szafranska never left the office, hearing the young patient's frustration and cries to inform us when the appointment would take place. The receptionist was throwing up her hands. We didn't get our appointment and left the office. I believe this approach in a private pediatric clinic is reprehensible. I wish Ms. Szafrańska more respect and empathy for her young patients, not only those in her office but also those waiting.

  A thousand stars for Baby Clinic and the ladies who performed the echocardiogram for our daughter. Hearing that your long-awaited, dreamed-of child has a heart defect is the hardest thing that can happen, but the doctors' empathy, professionalism, and commitment are a huge help. Everything was explained thoroughly, and a plan for further treatment was established. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
