This review only concerns the clinic's reorganization. When going to the gynecologist, all payments, appointment scheduling, etc., have been moved from the registration desk to another room, and gynecological matters can only be addressed with the midwife. This, for me, makes patient consultations more difficult because you have to wait much longer for all the formalities to be completed. I know what the author meant by creating such a mix, but it's not good for either the patients or the staff, who have to listen to patients' complaints about the current situation at work.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bell Med clinic. I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionists were super friendly, and the urologist was a very good specialist and a kind person. I recommend this clinic and its doctors.

My opinion is zero. I went to a surgeon there. He disabled me and took no responsibility at all, despite my submitting a written claim for compensation. The medical records were not kept reliably. Nothing was recorded as he instructed. Now, however, when you go to the doctor, you have to take a copy of every visit with the doctor's signature and stamp and read it carefully. Unfortunately, because of his mistake, I became disabled for life, but does the old man really care?

It's a shame there aren't zero stars. I'll give it one because you could walk into what they call a...clinic. There were so many people that you had to stand. Some old women sitting there were laughing at the elderly men who were about to... quote, "go pee." And yes, everyone sitting and standing there knew that Mr. X and Mr. Y had to urinate for some reason!! Like on Day of the Wacko. A mix of National Health Fund patients and private clients. I was a client, but since I had an appointment, I wanted to be seen at that time. I wasn't, I waited 22 minutes, and then I left. I definitely won't be returning to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone.
