  They would make your pet suffer for money without presenting any alternatives or the whole picture 🤑🤑🤮 Lack of professionalism and humanity. If you were unlucky to come here, get at least a second opinion instead of blind hopes. Also their hospital area stinks like sewer.

  I definitely recommend this vet clinic overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, and most of them spoke English very well, which made communication much easier. My dog had to stay there for an operation, and surprisingly, he loved the place — which says a lot! The procedure itself was a bit pricey, though I can’t say for sure if their rates are higher than average in the area. That said, they were very professional and kept their word about providing updates. They called regularly with information about my dog’s condition, which really helped ease my anxiety. Overall, great service, kind people, and a place I’d trust with my pet again.

  Very mixed feelings. Came at night - very polite ladies saved my dog from death. Big thank you, I dont know how to tell you my respect. Now, I came at 18:30, and at 20:52 still in line for 5 minute follow up vaccination. Hearing 6 times "you are next". Very disappointing. Have many bad words and want to do many ridiculous things. Keep calm, hope it is just accident. Calm down a little bit. Will change to 4 stars. Thanks for saving dog, anyway.

  Unethical and incompetent. That is my experience with this clinic. I took my cat Dzidka a few times during the last 2 weeks because she had lost much weight. It turned out to be metastasis. The first visit, the vet made an ultrasound (USG) and they charged me full price for it. I requested a second opinion, and here came the first surprises: the first ultrasound was not done by a specialist, but they charged me full price. Last Thursday, the day before the appointment with the specialist, they called me saying that I needed 2 different paid appointments (one for the belly, one for the chest) because the specialist would not have time for both parts...in 30 minutes! We are talking about a small cat, not an elephant. Luckily, the specialist "made me the favor" to check both during the visit. The specialist recommended me an oncologist in the same clinic. She said that the oncologist starts today at 8:30am, so I went to reception to make the appointment. My second surprise when I arrived today at 8:30am was that the receptionist said that I did not have an appointment. I thought that it was ok, because there was only 2 clients in the queue. After 50 minutes waiting, I asked one of the 2 receptionists if everything was ok, because it was almost 1 hour waiting. She said that the oncologist was with another patient, and asked me impolitely to wait. My Polish allowed me to hear both receptionists talking about me and laughing, and that was enough. I do not doubt that the doctors in the clinic are good, but the clinic may think about changing the receptionists. They lost a client, and other potential clients amongst our friends.

  The Dr's here are awesome. They were so kind and helpful. I don't speak Polish well and they still were able to help me take care of my dog. We will be returning again next week for their orthopedic Dr. There were also really nice people in the waiting room willing to help translate for me. To that woman again thank you so much!
