I just love coming here. It is my obligatory stop whenever I am in Poland. Besides the amazing facility and staff, one fact is undeniable, Dr. Ornatowska is The best at what she does! I have opportunities to travel the world and have procedures done in USA or Europe, but I prefer Bona Dea. They are always ahead of their time, are Extremely knowledgeable about the product and their procedures. They are also super sensitive to pain and minimize it at every opportunity. I have been going there for years and have Never been disappointed.

I’m so happy I finally found a clinic that truly knows what they’re doing. They helped me solve an issue I had been trying to fix for a long time. At a previous place, I was given hyaluronic acid without taking my individual features into attention, and the result was disappointing. Here, everything is on a completely different level, the specialists are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on personalized results, not just making money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for true professionals 🙏

I visited this clinic three times, and unfortunately each visit involved a problem. 1. Microneedling appointment: I booked a microneedling session with Dr. Agata Kłosowicz. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Agata does not perform microneedling treatments. When I asked why their receptionist scheduled the appointment with her, they apologized and offered a free neck microneedling session due to the confusion. Later, when I called to book microneedling for my face and neck and mentioned the free session they had offered, they said there was no such note on my profile and denied offering it !!! I even sent them SMS messages about this, but they never replied. 2. Mole removal pricing: During another visit for mole removal, I was told that removing one larger mole surgically would cost 400 PLN and the smaller ones in total using CO₂ would also cost 400 PLN. However, at the end of the procedure I was charged 1600 PLN !!! 3. PRP treatment: On another visit for hair PRP treatment, the nurse performing the procedure had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke on her clothes, which made the treatment very uncomfortable. Overall, my experiences were disappointing due to poor communication, unclear pricing, and lack of professionalism.
