Impossible to reach reception. At all. Tried calling 9 times today (Wed, from 9am till 10.30am - it's a work day, working hours), sent an email, sent SMS - they do not pick up the phone, ignore all messages and do not call back. Even though I explained in the email and SMS which I sent my situation - I have visited the rheumatologist in this clinic 1 week ago, started following medical treatment he prescribed and my condition deteriorated. I just need to know what to do. Can't schedule appointment with that doctor online as there are no available slots for this week, can't reach reception in any way. I'm feeling worse every day and do not know what to do. UPDATE based on answer: 1. work hours are stated from 8am on website and google maps - if it is incorrect pls edit this info 2. I called reception 9 times and 7 of those calls I did after 9am - nobody picked up - thus I had to reach out via all other possible means. And this did feel like being ignored at that moment. 3. I did get a call back later today and did get connected to the doctor from 2nd attempt after I repeated my problems. 4. I did go to another doctor of course, but before that I had to try to reach out to the one who prescribed the meds that led to deterioration of my state. Conclusion: I did visit the clinic often. There's a very good gastrointherologist there. And the rheumatologist did respond over the phone in current case. But that does not exclude the 4 facts stated above.

Very friendly team from the reception to each specialist. Dr Adam very professional, explained each step of the procedure and took his time to answer any of my questions to put me at ease. Gabi very gentle phlebotomist.
