If you can get in to see doctors or nurses, you'll be happy IF. Yesterday at 11 a.m., I called to request an appointment with a pediatrician because my daughter had a high fever, which I emphasized during the conversation. The doctor refused, stating there were no available appointments, and that was that. When I asked what I should do with my child, she replied that there was night care after 6 p.m.... Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time; our child practically doesn't see his assigned doctor because we can't get in. We have to handle everything privately. Unfortunately, this time it was too late, and I plan to report it to the National Health Fund.

I have to write a review because I can't do anything more. This is my third time there, and each time I've been met with kindness from both the nurses and the doctor, who not only listened to what I had to say but also took the initiative to find out about other issues. I don't understand how such decent people can work in such a dysfunctional system.

The family doctor behaved badly during the visit, and I questioned why I hadn't taken care of my child. I went to the doctor because I felt so bad, but there was no help, no medication. Luckily, I have health insurance, and they did provide help. Furthermore, the doctor fell asleep during the visit and looked unwell. It was distressing; after the visit, I was terrified and didn't know what to do. She reported the problem to the receptionist.
