My review is about the rehabilitation facility. The staff, led by Ms. Kasia, are incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. Treatments are scheduled as planned. Appointments are, of course, quite long, but worth the wait.

The family doctors at this clinic are a complete mess. Dr. Wiśniewska, in particular, referred me for tests, prescribed antibiotics, and then stopped. I changed clinics, and it turned out my condition was serious, but Dr. Wiśniewska didn't even bother to refer me to a hematologist. The test results were clearly very bad. It's a complete failure. This doctor shouldn't be doing her job. She can't recognize or diagnose anything, and she's also very rude and arrogant. With doctors like her at the helm, I see a bleak future for this clinic.

I'd give this orthopedist 5 stars, even 6 if I could. However, I can't, because the doctor is a full-time rehabilitation specialist with all sorts of knowledge. She doesn't invite you to the office at the appointed time, even though she's there. She asks what you're coming in for and says NO, NO, NO. When I ask what's going on, she lectures me and judges me as rude! The fact that there's an error in the referral isn't the patient's fault. Referring me to a primary care physician is a farce, a waste of my precious time, and a lack of respect for others. This doctor, with some super-high-status position, feels all-powerful and lacks an ounce of empathy. Perhaps she thinks she's infallible. Mistakes happen to everyone, and being a doctor requires being a human being as well. I don't recommend this doctor to any patient.

My friendly ophthalmologist, Dr. Kołtyś, effectively cured my eyes. I recommend him. The assistant at the ophthalmology clinic is polite and friendly.
