  A HUGE thank you to the entire General Surgery Department at Brzesko Medical Center for performing the procedure, which allowed me to live and function like a normal, healthy person, something that hasn't been easy over the past eight years of my life. All the staff, from the Chief Physician to the orderlies, form a wonderful, efficient, and exceptional team, very accommodating to patients and their families. The conditions I found myself in were far better than I expected, and I lacked for nothing during my three-day stay at this spa! Medical procedures, such as medication administration, dressing changes, and the surgery itself, were performed impeccably and in accordance with the art of medicine (although I don't remember much of the latter thanks to the effective sedation.). The meals were delicious and very delicately seasoned—adapted to the needs and requirements of the patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.   One star is too many. My mother was hospitalized after a fall in December 2025. She was diagnosed with a fractured humerus and underwent surgery. My mother has been bedridden since leaving the hospital on December 22, 2025. On February 10, 2025, she received a certificate of significant disability. During another hospitalization in January of this year in Kup, it was revealed that, in addition to the fractured humerus, she also had a fractured sacrum, which occurred in the fall when she arrived in Brzeg. In October, she underwent additional bypass surgery in Opole with complications. In Brzeg, she was not fully examined. A fractured sacrum was not identified. My mother was forcibly placed in an upright position, despite reporting pain. Contact with my mother is impossible due to extremely limited visiting hours until 5:00 PM. After all, not everyone is from Brzeg. Lack of respect for the patient and their family. Ignoring the patient's rights. The rudeness and lack of manners among the staff cry out for vengeance and severe penalties for violating Polish law. The Patient Rights Ombudsman and the Opole National Health Fund (NFZ) are aware of the problem but ignore it, or at least have no intention of inspecting this facility. Only the Supreme Audit Office (NIK) has been interested in the irregularities. This hospital is a matter for national supervisory authorities. No amount of renovations using taxpayer money will change the face of a hospital that lacks respect for its patients. If you have elderly, ailing parents, avoid this place. Everywhere is better than this one.

  I would like to wholeheartedly thank the entire Surgery Department at Brzesko Medical Center. The standards of care I encountered here should be a model for every hospital and every department. This place is created by wonderful people who truly prioritize the well-being of patients. I extend my special appreciation to the dedicated physicians – Dr. Krawczuk and Dr. Kaczmarek. Their complete professionalism, extensive knowledge, and empathy, calmness, and personalized approach to each patient make patients feel safe and confident in their decisions. Thank you for everything ❤️ – you restore my faith in doctors and medicine. Immense thanks also go to the wonderful team of nurses and the entire department staff. From the very first moment, patients are greeted with a smile, kindness, and openness. Help at every turn, a constant concern for their well-being, a willingness to support and listen to their needs are standard here. The care was so genuine that at times it was truly moving.   I would wholeheartedly recommend the Brzeg Hospital – Children's Emergency Department. Today, around 1:00 PM, we arrived there with our 1.5-year-old son. We have lived in Germany for 16 years and haven't used Polish healthcare in a long time. As we know, one often hears differing opinions and concerns about the state of the Polish healthcare system. We were even more pleasantly surprised by how warmly and lovingly we were welcomed. At the reception desk, we were met with immense kindness – the doctor was very helpful, explained everything calmly, and there was no problem with my German insurance card, which unfortunately can be difficult in other places. The greatest praise, however, goes to the doctor on duty in the Children's Emergency Department. She was kind, empathetic, and incredibly patient – ​​she devoted as much time as needed to our child. Her genuine commitment, calmness, and warm approach to her young patient were evident. I haven't met such a wonderful doctor with such a wonderful approach to children in a long time. We left the hospital feeling cared for, calm, and very grateful. We thank the entire team for their professionalism, compassion, and human approach. Places like this restore faith in medicine. Unfortunately, we don't know the doctor's name. We wholeheartedly recommend them ❤️

  It's not a hospital, it's a nightmare. The Ukrainian doctor who examined me sent me for every possible test. I had a high fever and diarrhea. The report said I had an intestinal infection, and the test results confirmed it, but no one told me anything and I was simply sent home. I suffered from Thursday, January 22, 2026, to January 24, 2026. I thank my sister, who is a doctor, who immediately understood what was happening—thanks to her, I feel so much better now. Terrible doctors.
