Hello, due to acute inflammation/a virus causing swelling in my eye, I went to the ophthalmologist at the Morena clinic. This is the clinic closest to my workplace. I needed a referral from a doctor at the Brzeżno clinic, where I am a patient. I called the clinic's reception desk at 11:58 AM to request a referral to an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately, despite the emergency, the receptionist refused to connect me, claiming they were prohibited from doing so. The attitude was very unfriendly. Some of the receptionists were unwilling to help patients. I believe they work here as a form of punishment. This is not how healthcare or the treatment of patients should be. This does not reflect well on the Brzeźno clinic!

Quick, efficient, and no lines. The medical staff is professional and empathetic. The building is friendly and spacious, with clean restrooms, including those for disabled people. There's an elevator at the main entrance. There are two pharmacies to choose from near the clinic. I recommend it to all potential patients. Best regards.

Great staff, no lines, same-day internist appointment – I called at 4:30 PM and had an appointment by 5:30 PM. Complete professionalism and excellent care. I highly recommend.

Why are patients told that registration for a given day is the same day starting in the morning, the hotline says it's open from 7 a.m., then it's 7 a.m. and the phones are disconnected? Where are the staff? If I manage to call at 7:30 a.m., will there only be afternoon appointments left because suddenly the line at the hotline will be full? Great, you have to keep calling.
