Małgorzata Potrykus is a miracle worker. My daughter had a terrible fear of the dentist; she was completely incompetent, crying, panicking, and terrifying. We visited many dentist offices without success. Our only hope was a procedure under full sedation. Małgorzata was our last hope. Today, we had a laughing gas appointment, and our daughter had two teeth extracted during her first visit! The doctor was so engaging, she joked so much that my daughter was even surprised she didn't have any teeth. The entire visit was filled with laughter and fun. The assistant had the same great approach to children, joking with the doctor. I recommend her 100% and see you next month! :)

At IMED Kids (Rumia), our 5-year-old son had a procedure performed on his baby teeth under general anesthesia. The journey we took, from the consultation and qualification process to the day of the procedure itself, turned from a stressful experience filled with anxiety and fear for our little patient to a time filled with positive emotions and positive attitudes. This is all thanks to the qualified staff, whom we wholeheartedly thank for our son's beautiful and healthy smile. I would also like to mention Ms. Agnieszka Igielska, who took on the task of treating my son's teeth. Thank you for your commitment from the very first moment, for your composure, thoroughness, and professionalism in every respect. For your valuable advice on dental hygiene for the future. My son liked you and is diligently following the advice you gave him. We would also like to thank our patient care assistant, Ms. Małgorzata Murawska. Great communication. She addressed every doubt as it arose, answered questions, and provided reassurance. A true caregiver, very helpful. 🙂 I also thank everyone involved in my son's dental treatment: the dental assistant and the staff on the day of the procedure, the anesthesiologist, and the nurse. For your smiles, for your calmness, for your presence, and for caring for Janek during anesthesia. And IMED Kids, thank you for the beautiful and cozy space in the facility. The colorful treatment rooms, the children's playroom, and the recovery room for parents with children—all of this helped my son and us, the parents, feel very comfortable. THANK YOU ❤️

A wonderful place created with the little ones in mind! The IMED office is a truly child-friendly space – colorful, warm, and stress-free. The staff demonstrates tremendous care and patience, ensuring children feel safe and cared for. Professional care and a warm atmosphere make a visit to the dentist a positive experience. I highly recommend it to every parent! The fantastic playroom deserves special mention, where children can quietly wait for their appointment and then relax and unwind. This is a great solution that helps build positive associations with the dental office.
