  I highly recommend this company's services, which are covered by the National Health Fund. Getting an appointment can be tricky, but they have great doctors (a family doctor, a dentist, and the blood draw staff are fantastic). Appointments are usually on time, there's ample parking, and the interior is clean and pleasant. Private doctors are readily available, with quick appointments. I'm satisfied.

  I'm pleased to share my very positive review of dental hygienist Anna Sokal. During my visit, I received a comprehensive package of treatments, including sandblasting, tartar removal, fluoride treatment, and teeth whitening. The entire procedure took place in an extremely pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, and most importantly, without any discomfort. Anna demonstrated complete professionalism, thoroughness, and great attention to detail. The short but valuable instruction in proper oral hygiene also deserves special recognition. It turns out that, regardless of age, you can always improve your toothbrushing technique, and it's definitely worth enlisting the expertise of a specialist. I highly recommend a visit to Anna Sokal to anyone who values ​​professionalism, comfort, and a personalized approach to each patient.

  The doctor's visit itself was fine, but the patient care organization at the reception desk left much to be desired. Payment was collected in advance, and I provided my invoice details (including my Tax Identification Number) upon registration, yet they refused to issue it before the appointment. After the consultation, I was sent back to stand in a long line just to collect the document, which could have been prepared in advance or sent by email. This solution is hardly standard practice in a private medical facility. It's worth streamlining the process, as it currently wastes patients' time. EDIT Thank you for your response. I understand your procedure for issuing invoices after the service is completed—however, that wasn't the main point of my opinion. The problem was the organization of patient care. Payment was collected in advance, the invoice details (including my Tax Identification Number) were provided upon registration, yet I still had to wait in a long line just to collect the document. These formalities could have been prepared in advance or sent by email—without generating additional waiting time. My review wasn't about the quality of the medical consultation, but rather the standard of administrative service. Best regards

  I underwent a nasal septum correction procedure covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ). The waiting time was approximately six months, one of the shortest in the Warsaw area. The entire stay in the hospital ward was 24 hours. The nursing care was excellent, and Professor Wojdas was very committed and caring. Although the procedure itself, or rather the first three days after it, were not pleasant, I wholeheartedly recommend Multi-Medica.

  Unfortunately, online registration is currently not working. You have to call the hotline and reserve an hour's wait time to see a consultant. To cancel my appointment, I waited exactly 57 minutes on the hotline, only to be on hold for literally 30 seconds. I recommend solving the online registration issue, which has been largely unreliable lately. Next time, I won't wait an hour to cancel my appointment.
