  After over an hour, I finally reached the office to make an appointment with an occupational health specialist. The consultant answered the phone and hung up without any feedback. I should add that the occupational health specialist hotline automatically disconnects after 15 minutes of waiting – it's a joke. The same thing happens during the call with the receptionist – if 15 minutes pass, hang up, and I have to call again and wait another 15 minutes.

  I don't recommend this clinic; it's very poorly organized. I haven't been able to get through on the phone for two weeks, and no matter what number I call, it's either busy or the second number is disconnected. Not to mention the organization, or rather the lack of leadership, of the pain clinic. For four months, patients have been left to their fate and pain, with no replacements provided.

  I highly recommend it, the entire staff is very friendly! I got through very quickly and had an appointment within a week. Today I had a stress test – the nurse is an angel, very sweet, and the doctor is great – I felt very well cared for and he explained what was happening.

  I would have loved to review the appointment, but it didn't happen. Today, October 17, 2025, I had an appointment with rheumatologist Skolaczyńska for 1:40 PM. I arrived around 1:20 PM, received a number at the reception desk, and was informed that when my number turned green on the board, I should enter the office. So I waited and waited for an hour. After an hour, I went to the reception desk to ask if the appointment would even take place. The receptionist informed me that Mrs. Skolaczyńska had left the clinic at 1:42 PM. What a circus! During this entire time, my number didn't turn green on the board, nor did anyone call my name. The receptionist also asked if I was late – laughter in the room. If I had been late, I wouldn't have received a number at all, because I would have immediately received a notification from the receptionist that the doctor had left the clinic. Moreover, just as I approached the registration desk to get my number, a patient who had an appointment before me was entering the office. I recommend avoiding this clinic entirely, as it's clear they don't care about the patient. I often visit various clinics for health reasons, but this is the first time I've encountered such a shameful situation.

  I made an appointment to obtain a certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes, and I paid 150 PLN at the reception desk. However, I underwent tests and received a document confirming that there were no health contraindications to studying in a profession. I didn't notice this until after I returned home. The kind and courteous receptionist I spoke with on the phone said he would discuss the issue with the doctor. After an hour, he replied that there was no way to correct the certificate. The doctor issued such a certificate, which is available for collection, but for an additional 150 PLN. I have no idea what this woman was thinking, issuing a document to an adult man giving the green light to study at a technical school/vocational school. This was my first time here, and if my subsequent visits were to be of the same standard, I would not return.
