1 star because I can’t choose zero. The people working here are rude (Is it really hard to have some patience?) and everything is an unorganized mess with a waiting time over more than an hour. I do not recommend anyone going here, you’re better of somewhere else. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt- but it appears that it’s not for nothing that this place has 2.0 stars in total.

The young doctor I saw (Dr Rosiak) spoke excellent English. He was friendly and professional, and he explained everything very clearly. The clinic itself is modern and clean, and despite there being lots of patients, the reception staff were helpful (although I don't know if they speak English or not).

Terrible. Every part of this facility is faulty. You'll never get through because your call is automatically rejected after a while. The receptionists are incredibly rude, making it difficult to get anything done. Blood draw – if you manage to survive the endless lines, there's a good chance you'll encounter someone who found a blood draw course in a bag of chips – the lady couldn't draw blood from one arm (though I've never done that before because my veins are so visible), so when we switched arms, she finally managed to painfully draw blood from the other, and the entire swab was covered in blood within moments. I wouldn't even recommend her to an enemy.
