  I would like to emphasize that my review does not concern the doctor's competence, which I absolutely do not question. I consider her reliable and committed to her work. This review concerns the organizational and business aspects of the clinic's operation, which leave much to be desired. 1. Punctuality of appointments – I had two appointments and each time had a long wait: the first one was about 30 minutes, the second over 50 minutes. 2. Unfair change of appointment type – the first appointment was booked and confirmed as a dermatologist's appointment (costing PLN 350), but after the appointment was completed, I was invoiced for PLN 500 with a note that it was a trichology consultation. I was only informed of this after the fact, which I consider very unfair and unprofessional. 3. Lack of contact after the appointment – ​​I had questions about the recommendations after the appointment. I had to wait almost a week for a response, which – considering my health issues – is definitely too long. 4. Additional prescription fee – the prescription I received was expired (because I still had my medication), so I asked for a new one. To my surprise, I was informed that this service costs 100 PLN – I know it's provided free of charge at other facilities. I emphasize again – my concerns are not about the quality of the consultation itself or the doctor's knowledge, but rather about how the clinic operates as a business. I hope these issues will be addressed and improved in the future.

  After my visit, I received a prescription for medication to be filled at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, none of the four pharmacies I checked would prepare it due to one of the ingredients. In the meantime, the prescription had expired. I contacted the clinic to renew it, pointing out that I hadn't been able to find a suitable pharmacy. I was told that, according to the clinic's policy, reissuing an expired prescription would incur additional fees, and that information was available on the website and at the reception desk. In my opinion, this approach is unfriendly to patients and discourages further use of the clinic's services.
