It was the worst medical service my New Zealander friend has experienced so far. Even 3rd world countries medical services left a better impression. Both service and staff were poor and unhelpful. My friend was promised to have an appointment with English speaking doctor for his frozen shoulder. It turned out that not only the orthopeadist does not know any foreign language, he was irritated and frustrated that he had a patient he could not communicate with. The visit lasted maybe 3 minutes but he charged full 140 PLN and provided him with nothing. My friend was first offered to buy a whole package (X-Ray, USG, 2 visits with orthopaedists) but in the end he had to pay for each service separetly (which created higher cost) and no one was willing to cover it as a package in the end. Completely customer unfriendly approach. In the end the appointment was useless. The orthopeadist just gave one exercise for him, that everyone cas see by just writing "frozen shoulder" on youtube. The receptionists did not want to take any resposnibilities for promising the package purchase or English speaking doctors. Based on fake promises he did not come with a translator. Avoid this place, it does not give you more that amateurish information found on random google page. And if you use the services, do not buy into the "package" scams and any promises. Very disappointing!

I had today the most awful experience with the girl at the reception, she was extremely rude to me and not helpful. Didn't provide me the needed information.

Private visit, private money. TWO WEEKS (!) after RTG I still did not receive photo description. Awful service.

The facility's staff is friendly, competent, and helpful. In less than two hours, I received comprehensive care (an orthopedic appointment, an X-ray, a shoulder and spine X-ray review, and a shoulder ultrasound)—I couldn't believe it!!! I highly recommend the facility and Dr. Wojciech Szajnach! Doctor—thank you so much!
