  I commented the post on FB page of this clinic, but it was probably deleted by the administration of Facebook page. I do not recommend this clinic. I am adding the screen shots that I have done before my comment was deleted. Shame for this clinic! Please read it before visiting this place!

  Excellent service. Have been there for 2 different specialists and all my needs were attended to. Folks at the reception speak English and provide invoices immediately.

  It's definitely worth setting aside plenty of time for your appointment, as delays can be horrendous. I personally entered the office after an hour and 40 minutes. I was informed of the delay in advance, but I didn't expect to spend two hours there. The prices are high for me, so I would have expected better patient management. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the service; the doctor is competent and friendly, as are the receptionists, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Despite this, I don't think I'll use this facility again in the future.

  I'm impressed by the high level of medical care provided by Dr. Agnieszka Szafińska-Dolata at Drews Medical Center. Unfortunately, the experience is marred by the rude behavior of the receptionist who answers the phone. His tone and manner of communication make the patient feel disrespected and unwelcome, which significantly detracts from the professionalism displayed by the doctor. Such staff can negatively impact the overall impression of the clinic.

  I am very pleased with the level of service at the Drews center. The ladies at the reception are always helpful and very nice. The doctors are experienced and professional. In my case, I had no problems with delays in visits, if any, it was about 10 minutes. A big plus is the alab laboratory on site, where you can do all the necessary tests.
